One managed print contract for every office you run

  • 5.0 on Google from 150+ reviews
  • Trading since 2010

Five sites usually means five suppliers, five renewal dates and no one number for print.

  • Based in Queensland, with one service company covering every address we cover.
  • A technician on site the next business day, at every address we cover.
  • Published Australian rates, cited on the page, never a saving we made up.

Print is the last spend in the building without a single owner

Four real arrangements, one organisation, and nobody holding the whole picture.

What managed print services actually put under one owner is set out on the pillar page, at length.

Sydney

A copier on a lease that ends next March

Signed by an office manager who has since left.

Nobody knows the rate.

Melbourne

Two desktop units bought at a retailer

Toner goes on somebody’s card whenever a machine runs dry.

Brisbane

A good arrangement with a good local supplier

Which is why nobody has touched it, and why nobody can compare it to anything.

Head office

A finance team with no line item called print

The cost is spread across consumables, IT, facilities and a dozen expense claims.

One office with two machines can be managed by whoever sits nearest to them.

That stops working the moment the machines are in buildings you do not walk through.

One service company attends every address we cover, so the person at a Perth machine is under the same agreement as the one at a Brisbane machine.

Five separate arrangements, against one fleet contract

Five offices today

One fleet contract

Rates

A different cost per page at every site, set on whatever day that site last signed something.

One rate card, the same in Perth as it is in Parramatta.

Invoices

Five suppliers, five billing cycles, and toner arriving on expense claims.

One invoice a month covering every device you run.

Who to call

Whoever the person standing next to the machine has a number for.

One number, and working out whose machine it is becomes our job.

Reporting

Nothing that adds up to a figure for the organisation.

One report a month, split by site, mono against colour.

Renewal

Five agreements rolling over on five dates, most of them quietly.

One date, one decision, and a fleet you can actually re tender.

Separate site arrangements consolidating into one agreement Six office locations, each with its own supplier arrangement, drawn as points on an arc whose lines curve down and meet at a single contract. Perth Adelaide Melbourne Sydney Newcastle Brisbane ONE AGREEMENT One rate card. One invoice. One number when a machine stops.
Every site keeps its own devices. What changes is that they stop being six separate commercial relationships.

Four steps from your first email to one number to call

  1. 1

    Tell us the sites

Addresses and a rough device count per site. Nobody needs to walk the floor with a clipboard first.

  2. 2

    We send a written scope

What we would put at each address, and the rates that apply at your volume, on paper before anyone decides anything.

  3. 3

We roll it over site by site

Around the lease end dates you already have, one address at a time, so no office loses a machine on a Monday.

  4. 4

    One number, one report

Somebody to call when a device stops, and a monthly report that finally makes print a line item.

From $160 + GST a month per device.

Volume is pooled across every site, so a larger fleet prices into a lower band.

Paper, staples and pages above your agreed volume sit outside that figure.

One workshop at Bethania, and one service company at every address

Where the workshop sits, and where the contracted firms work A simplified map of Australia drawn in one fill, because every state and territory is covered the same way. A single marker sits on the south east Queensland coast for the workshop at Bethania, which is where the agreement, the rate card and the ticket queue are run from. The technician who attends works for our sister service company at every address on the map.
Drawn in one fill because every state and territory is covered the same way. The marker is the workshop at Bethania, which is where the agreement is run from rather than where anyone is better attended.
  • Every state and territory is attended the same way. By our sister service company.
  • The marker is the workshop at Bethania. Your agreement, rate card and ticket queue all run from there.

Managed print services in Brisbane and Ipswich

How Sydney and New South Wales are covered

We say this on every page because a national claim is easy to make and expensive to discover the truth about after you have signed.

The published Australian numbers, so you can sanity check any quote

Australian managed print ranges from the CopierChoice Australia Printer and Copier Cost Benchmark Report 2025.
ModelMono per pageColour per page
Bundled managed print1.2c to 3.5c7c to 13c
Lease plus separate service contract0.5c to 1.2c5c to 9c

Under the second model the device lease is charged on top, which is why the page rate looks lower.

If a quote sits outside both bands, that is worth a question rather than a signature.

Work through the whole cost picture

Questions buyers ask before they send anything

Do you cover every state?

Yes, and in the same way everywhere.

Every state is covered by technicians we contract, under an agreement we hold and dispatch against.

Queensland is simply the state the workshop sits in, and that changes who runs your paperwork rather than who turns up.

What happens to the leases we already have?

They run to their end dates unless you decide otherwise.

We map the fleet against those dates and roll each site over as its agreement finishes, so nothing is paid twice.

Is there a minimum number of sites?

No, but the saving is a consolidation saving, so it grows with the number of sites.

At one office with two devices there is very little for us to consolidate, and we will say so rather than sell you a fleet contract.

How long is the contract?

Most equipment agreements in the Australian market run three to five years, and ours sit in that range.

The term, and what happens if you exit early, are both written into the scope before you are asked to sign.

Who fixes a machine in a branch office?

A technician, dispatched by us, on the commitment set out on the managed print page.

That person works for our sister service company in every state, and we still own the response.

What is actually inside the per page rate?

The device, servicing, parts, labour, toner, delivery, installation, monitoring and the monthly report.

Paper is not, and neither are staples.

What is managed print services, in plain English sets out the same list without the sales pitch.
